Independent Pipedrive partner services

Pipedrive integrations with a clear purpose for every connection

A connected system should reduce repeated work without making your records harder to trust. Decide what needs to move, which application owns it and how the team will handle an unsuccessful update.

Choose the connection method that fits

Pipedrive’s Marketplace lists applications that extend CRM workflows. Depending on your requirements, a native connection, a third-party app or a custom integration may be appropriate.

Review the provider, supported actions, subscription requirements and maintenance responsibility. A marketplace listing does not mean every workflow is supported or that the app is included in your Pipedrive plan.

Agree how records match and updates behave

Use a consistent identifier to match records between systems. Decide which side is authoritative for each field and what happens when two users make conflicting changes.

Test missing values, duplicates and temporary failures. The examples below illustrate possible connection categories; their sample flows are not a guarantee of a specific provider’s capabilities.
